Yogalini

Welcome
Welcome to Yogalini!
A space to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself. Through trauma-informed yoga, we create room for healing, self-discovery, and deeper connection—exactly as you are.
Everyone is welcome. Your practice is yours. Your journey is yours.

I’m Emily McLeod — a Trauma-Informed 200HR-RYT and the human behind Yogalini. 🧘♀️
My classes are rooted in creating a space where you can slow down, breathe a little deeper, reconnect with your body and gently come back home to yourself. Through trauma-informed practices, my hope is to help you nurture your nervous system, build a deeper connection with yourself and discover that yoga doesn’t have to look a certain way to be meaningful.
No perfect poses. No expectations. No pressure to be anything other than exactly who you are.
Come as you are. Move how you need. Rest when you need to. Take up space. Take a breath. Be human.
Everyone is welcome here. Always. ✨
Let’s get a little more comfortable being exactly who we are — one breath, one movement, one moment at a time.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice that combines movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and mindfulness to awaken energy, calm the nervous system, and deepen the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. It’s often called the “yoga of awareness” because it encourages you to become more present, intuitive, and connected to your authentic self.
